The Shannon SOLO Fire Hose has been designed using the unique remote control system to tackle dangerous industrial building fires where there is high risk of exploding gas bottles or chemicals. With quick connection to a standard fire hose and with an operational range of over 100m the SOLO can approach dangers without high risk to the operator, spraying water or foam to cool or extinguish dangerous areas. The fire hose can be angled into different positions to give an accurate jet to the affected area, it can even be raised to point through windows if the doorways are blocked. The SOLO fire hose can be easily operated into position and turned on/off remotely allowing the operator to perform other fire fighting tasks.

The SOLO can be used for dust suppression in quarries, demolition sites or for aerating large ponds, lakes or rivers delivering up to 900 litres per minute at 10 bar pressure.
